* HOW TRANSMITTER WORKS: Thermostat feature in transmitter turns ON/OFF when room temperature changes.It also operates the fireplace with the room temperature swings 1ºF, 2ºF, or 3ºF.* The Timer feature operates at options of 15 minutes minimum to 9 hours maximum. * LCD screen for easy reading and setting. * The transmitter pairs with its receiver, operates at a range of 20-foot & non-directional RF signal. * FCC approved.
